FAQ

Plans and billing

What do the plans include? Every plan includes player identity, cases and sanctions, tickets, remote administration, the audit log and Discord sign-in, with no player cap. Operations and Network add screen share and voice observation and recording. Plan limits cover servers, staff members, events per month and how long data is kept. See the pricing page for current limits.

Is there a free trial? Yes, without a card: 7 days on Starter and 14 days on Operations and Network, once per network and per person. A trial does not renew by itself. During early access, request access from the website and we start the trial with you.

Is there annual billing? Yes. An annual plan costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free. It stays active until the end of the year you paid for.

Who processes payments? Paddle, as merchant of record. Prices are in USD.

How do refunds work? Refunds and cancellations are handled by the merchant of record that charged you, from its payment portal. A refund or a lost chargeback suspends access immediately.

Your data

How long is event history kept? Each event type keeps 30 days by default. You can raise it per event type up to your plan's limit (up to 30, 90 or 180 days).

Can I export my data? Yes. The network owner can request a full export from the dashboard, at most once every 24 hours. Exports also work after a plan ends, until the data is purged.

What happens when my plan ends? The network becomes read-only for 30 days, then there is a 7-day notice before the data is purged. You can export during that time.

Can CursedTech staff see my network? Yes, to give support and to keep the service secure. Every access is recorded, access runs in time-limited support sessions (7 days by default, 1 to 30 days in your settings), and you can end an active session at any time from your network settings. See the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Discord tickets

Do I need to re-invite the CAdmin bot? Only to use the persona name and staff-name replies in tickets. Without the new permissions (Change Nickname and Manage Webhooks), tickets keep working and staff replies arrive as bot messages with the staff member's name in front. See Getting started.

Security

How does the resource connect? Over an outbound, encrypted connection. The server never opens an inbound port for CAdmin, and remote actions sent to a server are signed.

What is a passkey used for? Sensitive actions, such as some remote actions and billing changes, ask for a passkey confirmation.

Compatibility

Which frameworks are supported? Standalone, ESX Legacy, QBCore and Qbox, with optional ox_inventory support.

Does CAdmin work with txAdmin? On the server side, yes: we tested CAdmin alongside txAdmin 8.0.1, and both started, ran and restarted together with no errors. Nothing involving a connected player has been tested yet. One setting to check: txAdmin comments out set onesync in server.cfg, and CAdmin requires OneSync, so enable OneSync in txAdmin → Settings → FXServer. If you see a problem with both running, tell us through Support.

Does CAdmin replace my anticheat? No. It works alongside it: your anticheat detects, CAdmin documents, decides and audits.

Support

How do I get help? Open a ticket from Support in the dashboard. Support is not offered on Discord. Response targets are in the support policy. Outages and maintenance are announced at https://status.cursedtech.net.
